Mommy's weekend!

This post is a little late. Two weekends ago, I got to get away for a girls weekend! I enjoy and look forward to this every year. Every year it is different. We all change with in a year ,weather it be adding children or expirencing a new job. We always have a good time. My favorite part is staying up a wee hours in the morning drinking hot cocco and having serious girl talk!

This was our first night. We ate at a really good resturant and I ordered the brisket I was craving red meat and it was to die for!

Happy 21 months

My Dearest Griffin,


Happy 21 Months! You are doing so much so I will try to remember all of it!

*You love to cut off the lights in the room, you now look at the light to watch it go off.

* You know all your colors! If I ask you to point out each of them you will go straight to each of them! I think yellow was your first though!

* You will now kiss the baby in my belly. Which is super cute I am hoping to get this on a photo!

* You have two new words. Stack and Sock!

* Just the other day you did something that brought tears of laughter to my eyes!
We put you in squeaking shoes and after most of the day you tip toed so that they wouldn't squeak. You are so smart and so funny.

* You are officially wearing 24mo/2t. Everyone has been amazed at your growth spurt!

*You now do a little skip when you walk your daddy noticed this and pointed it out to me. It is so cute and fun!

*You have discovered out what a temper is and have used it in the past 2 weeks.
When we went to the mall we let you ride the carousel. After, the whole mall could hear the heart wrenching cry of my sweet baby boy. You loved it! We also attempted Christmas pictures last Friday and well that was not what you had in mind. I really thought someone had stolen my little boy b/c I was certain that wasn't you:)

*You have also cried when your dad and I have left you in the toddler room the past two Sundays. Hopefully, this will pass, it hurts our hearts.

*You are really gibbering more you are going to start really talking soon!
Your daddy and I are so grateful that God decided to let us have you in our lives! We can't wait to see you with a sibling! Gray is so lucky to have such a great Big Brother! Much Love, Mommy

Small Group Social

We went to Wink! My ultimate favorite place! Griffin and I made some great, super cute Christmas Presents so I can't post them but I will Christmas time!
We always have a good time with this group we see them every Monday and they have grown to be our second family! We love you guys! Thanks for all you do!

We always bring this toy on outings. Griffin will play with it forever!

I was cleaning up yesterday before a trip to Columbia and while I was cleaning up look what I went to the kitchen to find! I laughed so hard my tummy hurt!

Pecan Festival Take 2

Okay so I love love love this festival! There is just something about bringing a community together that just gives me warm fuzzy's.

We went last year for the first time and made sure to put it on the calander for this year!



We got Griffin this adorable Gamecock hat! I love it! I was surprized that it fit!




Griffin got to meet Mr. BIg in the Pig! He gave Griffin a ballon which he LOVED!




Griffin got to ride his first Pony! He adored that pony! I was so amazed my little guy is just growing up!





Food Food Food! I drempt about these chips for a whole year! They were so good along with the foot long corn dog! I think Gray liked it too!











We had the BEST TIME! Thanks CRISSY, NOAH, BRIAN, DEE AND POPS for coming with us!

Halloween Night!

Friday was a great and busy day! Your mommy started off at the doctor's office hearing the most precious sound to a her. The heartbeat of a small baby growing in her belly! Sister or Brother we do not know but all in all a healthy heart beat!

I then picked you up and we had lunch with your mommy's hygiene friend Susan and her 4 year old daughter Hilton which you flirted with the whole time!

We then headed to Dee and Pops so that you could take a nap and I could help Dee with the Christmas Decorations.

When you woke up we headed home to get you dressed for the night! We stopped back by Dee and Pops so they could give you goodies for your pumpkin basket!
