Foster Came to See Us!

The pool has become our weekend thing these days! We are trying to use it all the time afraid of running out of good weather! We were out there for 4 hours! The little ones had naps but they were out there for a good 2 hours! We had a great family weekend!









Griffin had the best time! He loved it when Aunt Sheron would squirt him with water!



He also loved playing with daddy! He is so much fun!






Griffin and his new favorite treat! He is officially a Popsicle Boy!

I love seeing these two together! We are having so much fun watching you two grow!

Suzanne's Wedding

JV and I got to get to visit with some great friends at a wedding this weekend! It was so good to see everyone! We even got to see two of Griffin's best buds Price and Austin! They were both so cute on the dance floor! It made us both miss our little guy. We had a great time but we both decided to stay the night at the next out of town event! Boy were we tired!
Here are some of the pictures I was able to get.The reception was so neat! It looked like a resort in the mountains! I wish I would of gotten some pictures of the country club it was so pretty!

My Dearest Griffin,

You are 18mo today! You have grown so much and I just want to put you in a bubble and keep you at this stage! You have your moments but over all you have just learned so much and that part is so much fun!

Here are some of your favorites:

Popsicles of any flavor

Pool jumping off the side

Your Pops and Dee- you now recognize there house and as soon as we pull up you start to squeal and jump for joy

Dancing. When I say dance you bend your knees and bounce up and down

The park especially the swing!

Stairs any kind you want to go up and down and would do this all day long

Outside - you now go to the door and push on it wanting to go out side

Books still a favorite we must read 20 a day!

Anything with Buttons

Balls you love to stack them and put them in a row

Learning your colors!We ask you to find the yellow ball and you will pick it up! Red and Blue not so much green.

You ate pickled okra the other day?? Mommy was so surprised!

Peek a Boo is still a favorite

Wheel a Fortune is your addiction! This show puts you in zombie mode:)

Saying momma, dada, ball, nana for banana, pop pop for pops.

Your Taggie! You are now on one nap usually we have some mornings two naps are a must due to you being a little crabby.(this morning)

Pointing to eye lashes and belly button this month!

You don't like to rock this month and last month you loved it! Mommy misses that:(

You are in 18mo clothes and wearing a size 5 shoe!

Shaking your head no. You will do that a lot when we ask you if you want to go inside or to give kisses. You are giving hugs more than kisses now.

Picking out what you want to eat when we give you two choices! Your veggies are green beans, peas and carrots. You like noodles, bread, oatmeal ,every morning, you don't care for yogurt,or too many meats?

Clapping when something is real fun!

Other children within the past two weeks! You get all into there personal space it is so cute! Especially if there crying. You want to know whats wrong?

We then left the park to visit the ducks at Dee and Pops. This was the most interaction with them that you have had. You chased them until they got into the water! They had there little ducklings with them and you loved them!

What a great weekend!

Friday night we invited two groups of friends from our Bible Stucy to come and swim!
We had the best time!

Griffin got to have his first Dinner Date! He got to eat with Cathrine! What a pretty baby girl!~





Then we headed for the pool! The guys got the test out the old school slide for the first time!



Catherine had no fear of the pool she was great! I haven't got Griffin there yet but I am working on it!


I can say one thing he may not like to go under but he loves to jump off the side!








I love to see a table full of fellowship! We are like one big happy family! It is one of my favorite things!


Okay last weekend when Uncle Lee visited my son got the nick name RT which is short for Rat Tail. His hair is growing in just like mine did right through the middle! He did have a middle section that was longer so after dinner we gave Griffin his first hair cut! It looked a little funny the first couple of days. I am definitely sticking to cleaning teeth! His next hair cut will be done by a proffesional!
