Christmas Day 2009

Dear Griffin,
This was the very first Christmas that you were really excited to see what Santa brought you! You noticed the Basketball goal first, then the scooter! You were not to in to opening the gifts but you wanted them as soon as someone else opened them. Your Dee and Pops went mega shopping and you enjoyed everything you got! You still remebered what the real meaning of Christmas. When we asked you whos's birthday it was you would smile and say "Jesus' Birthday!" You were so fun to watch and I can't wait till next year!

Dear Gray,
This was your very first Christmas! You were very excited to see your brother get so excited. You loved the tent that Santa brought you and the Lego building blocks. You followed your brother around all morning. You got to celebrate your very first Christmas with a sleepover! Your Dee Dee Pops and even Nana all stayed Christmas Eve so they could see you and your brother have so much fun!

Christmas Eve 09

Dear Gray,

Tonight was your first Christmas Eve! You amazed us tonight! You started crawling on your hands and knees! Your Daddy was so happy and you just love to see him talk baby talk! You had so much fun watching your brother and loved playing with your Uncle Chad. You always want someone in the room with you so having all the family over you were in hog heaven!

Dear Griffin,

Tonight you received your first gift from your Mommy and Daddy. Your very own big boy room! You loved it! Your favorite color is red so we decided to paint one wall in your room red. The very next morning you opened the door all by your self and came into our room! You are growing up so much!

After we had Christmas Eve lunch we all got dressed up and headed out for Christmas Eve Service! You and Gray went to the nursery with Miss Mary. The service was just what we all needed to hear. It talked about not having any Fear! Just like the angels told Mary and Joseph. We all had such a great time preparing for Jesus' birthday and are so excited to share tomorrow with him!

We ended the night by making some cookies for Santa and laid out some milk along with the carrots for the reindeer! While we were waiting for the cookies to bake we read the story of Jesus being born. You loved it and pointed every Charcter out!

We love you so much little ones! Mommy and Daddy are so blessed to have such healthy beautiful little boys!

Christmas Galore!

Griffin and Gray,

We have been so busy this year and have had so much fun! Your mommy loves this time of year and can't get enough of the Christmas Cheer! Last week we had something every night for 10 days straight and has finally slowed down. Last Sunday evening we had our annual Sunday School Christmas Party. Griffin you were sick and had to miss this and your School Party as well. We still had a great time making goodies for the class. You love Elmo so we included him on the gifts this year. We also got the wink pottery back! The ornament with both of your hand prints turned out great! Along, with the mug for Santa's Milk. We will all be ready for Santa this year!
