Fun Everyday Snap Shots!

Daddy took these pictures of you! He loves to put his ball hat on you. You love it just as much in return! I must say you are pretty cute in that Boston's hat! The food around your mouth is even cuter!

Silly mommy putting your taggie on your head. You are so laid back. I wonder how long this will last?

Amy B's Christmas

AmyB came over to give Griffin his Christmas gift and boy did she do a great job of picking the perfect gift! Griffin is just so happy to see her! I love this picture it shows his teeth so clearly. Almost as if he is saying Cheese!

As you can see she got him a book. Not just any book but one that he made out of foam. So that he can take it in the bath and anywhere else. He loves these kind of books the best.

Just content as can be!

Griffin saying Thank you! He so sweet looking up to her! It just brings tears to my eyes to know that he loves her as much as I do! She is truly God Sent!

Nothing but Love to Give!

We adopted a family in our Sunday School class. We took the gift cards over to them along with a book about the real meaning of Christmas, wrapping paper and a fried turkey! The couple was so delighted to see us. We had a short but wonderful time with them. We discovered that the husband is trying to get disability due to a stroke that he had not to long ago along with several other problems, tumor and his left leg. The wife was so inviting. She was full of smiles and hugs. She loved Griffin and took him from me for the pics! We had a prayer time with them and got to see there faces when they received all the gift cards! We had a total of 946 dollars worth! They will need it all for there 4 children, three teenagers and a 6 yr old boy. We got to meet the two oldest boys the oldest graduated from High School and is heading off to the Marines. So we will be praying for him!

The house was better than I expected. It was a really nice patio home. The sad part was there was no furniture when you walked in. They had a kitchen table and in the den they had plastic chairs. The kind you can buy to go outside. They did have a small colorful Christmas Tree. All I could imagine were all the gifts that would be put under it!

They were a wonderful couple and they even invited us and Shawn over for Christmas Dinner cooked by the Grandmom. The love was unbelievable! Thanks to all that contributed! Looking forward to the next year!!!!

Sunday School Christmas Party!

We had an amazing turn out! The couple below hosted the party! There were 25 adults and 19 kids! They had the perfect back yeard for all the kidos to run and play!

Happy 10 Months

My Dearest Griffin,

You are ten months today! I will be planning your first birthday within the next two months! I am taken back everyday just by watching you. Everywhere we go people always rant and rave about how good of a baby you are! We are so blessed to be able to take you everywhere we go! You love being in the spot light!

Here are some new things you are doing:

You are now eating table foods. Your favorite is still bananas! You will pick up your own food and put it in your mouth! It makes a sticky mess but I love to see you get dirty!

You now do this really cute thing with your eyes. When I lay you on my chest you will look up at me with this big smile and squeeze your eyes closed twice really fast. Like your sending me butterfly kisses. It is so sweet!

When daddy asks for kisses you make this sound like huh? It's almost turned into a little game between the two of you. It is so funny! It makes your daddy laugh so much and he ends his laugh with this " I love you so much son and I am going to steel a kiss anyway." You sometimes will give him one at the end.
When your mommy asks you usually come at full force with your mouth wide open!

Your favorite thing to do now is to wave bye bye! If anything remotely sounds like bye bye you stretch your hand really tall and wave bye bye. It is always with your left hand.

You are now getting your six tooth in tooth n which is on the bottom. This was suppose to be your first or second tooth.

You now reach for people when you see them and you want them to hold you! Just last night you pushed away from the lady that was holding you to reach for me. Which melted my heart!

Your three words are dada, momma and bye bye sometimes you will even say DAD.It so precise!

You start to roll your tongue when you say dada. I think we will have to teach you Spanish.

You know play with your bumper in your crib. You will pull it down to look out. Just to see who is coming to get you when you wake up.

You have really started to copy everyone. You have done this for a long time but you are getting really good at it! We will put our lips together and do a smacking sound and you will return it.

You now help mommy dress you. I will put your arms in the sleeve and say "Where's Griffin's arm?" And you will help push it through. This helps out a whole bunch!

All in all you are growing and we are enjoying this month so much! Your daddy and I love you very much! Butterfly kisses back to you!

All My Love, Mommy
