Christmas Galore!

Griffin and Gray,

We have been so busy this year and have had so much fun! Your mommy loves this time of year and can't get enough of the Christmas Cheer! Last week we had something every night for 10 days straight and has finally slowed down. Last Sunday evening we had our annual Sunday School Christmas Party. Griffin you were sick and had to miss this and your School Party as well. We still had a great time making goodies for the class. You love Elmo so we included him on the gifts this year. We also got the wink pottery back! The ornament with both of your hand prints turned out great! Along, with the mug for Santa's Milk. We will all be ready for Santa this year!

Childrens Christmas Pottery Party

Griffin and Gray,

Last week we had our first annual wink pottery party! It was so much fun! We made your first ornament together and Gray you got to make Santa's milk mug! Your brother Griffin made Santas cookie plate , 2 years ago, so you got to make the mug! We had the best time with your friends! We will have to do this every year. Such good memories! Can't wait to get it all back!

Baby Jesus and Toddler Jesus

Our Church always has a Live Nativity every year. This year we were asked if our boys could be a part of it. I was so excited! However, I was a little nervous due to my toddlers favorite word "No". She informed me that there were no expectiations at this age! So we gave it a shot!

It went great! Better than to be expected and what great memories to cherrish! Gray and Griffin were both Jesus! Gray of course being Baby Jesus and Griffin being Toddler Jesus! They were so cute and like I stated before they did remarkable!

Griffin absolutely loved Joseph! He loved his beard and thought he was the coolest thing ever! Mary did great with Gray especially since he was half her size! He cried a little the first night but it was at the end.

The girls loved Griffin's personality! One of the pictures below you can see all the girls smiling at him! It was so good to see them adore him. Too cute!

Both Jv and I were behind the manger scene so we had some friends take the pictures. Thanks Chris and Amy! They are great pictures!

Happy 8 months Gray!

Dear, Dear Gray,

Today you turned 8 months old! You must slow down!

You have discoverd your tongue and love to smack with it.

You have said Mum Mum twice now.

You are army crawling and love to play with any size ball.

You are in 12mo clothing now.

You are claping your hands like crazy! Especially when someone else is clapping.

You are eating 3 number 2 jars of baby food at each meal!

You just started a sippy cup today.

You are such a special part of this family little one and we just can't seem to get enough of you! Happy 8 months Gray we all love you very much!

Gamecock Victory!

We had a great time this year celebrating a win that was long over due! As you can see Gray was so sleepy after such an emotional day! He was so happy! Look at that face!

Jesus is Always the Answer

Don't you just love when you have childrens church up at the front of the church and when the preacher asks the children a question the children automatically answer with Jesus! It melts my heart because it is always a sure bet that he is always the ultimate answer to the question.

Well, I am trying to teach Griffin about Christmas this year and how we decorate for the sake of celebrating Jesus' birthday. So I will ask Griffin who the Christmas tree is for? He will say "Jesus". "Who's birthday are we celebrating this month?" He will say "Jesus".

Just tonight I had a Santa figure that is very stretchy and I asked Griffin "Who is this?" He said "Jesus!" I thought that's right who needs to know Santa when you have Jesus! It was priceless moment and again I am amazed at how much I learn from him. He teaches me daily! Here are a few photos of us decorating for the big celebration on Jesus' Birthday!
