Uncle Brad's Visit!

Your Uncle Brad came to visit this past week! He and his wife and boys couldn't make it this year for Christmas but at least we got to visit with him! You loved him and warmed right up to him! I love all the pictures we got! You are the sweetest!

Christmas Party with Small Group

I love I absolutely love getting together with this second family! We meet every week and have laughed, cried, worried and most of all added more wisdom about our loving Savior!

Beth and Jack invited us out to there plantation and we all got our belly's full and then went to roast marsh mellows! My Favorite! I love getting together to celebrate the Birth of Jesus! What an Amazing time of year!

4 Dozen Cup Cakes!

Monday was a day full of fun! Griffin and I went all day long! We had a blast making these Santa Cup Cakes! We made some for work, Dee and Pops and also some for our two Christmas parties! I have to get use to making things for Griffin. Afterall, he starts school in January!

My Dearest Griffin,

You have changed so much! You daddy and I are amazed everyday!

*You have added 2 more words to your vocabulary. GoGo and UH OH! I love when you say these! You had an speech evaluation and should start with that hopefully this month! Sally came by to evaluate you and was amazed at how smart you are!
She couldn't believe that you knew all your colors! She got you to point at each color and told you she was very proud of you and that she knew some 3 and 4 year old that didn't know them! She also was so impressed that you could go get any book that she asked of you! Before she left she got you to go get Little White Fish and Brown Bear and you went and got them both! Your daddy and I are so excited about the upcoming adventure with this and are so proud of you!

* You have gotten very picky with your eating?? You still eat your veggies though and so we don't push this issue.

* You are so loving and will give lots of hugs and kisses! You love to brush your hair and teeth after your bath.

*I am amazed at how gentle you are! You never throw anything or bang on anything! For a boy you are so careful which we are so grateful for!

* You now know the difference between your thumb and fingers and know your chin and neck!

*Your Dee and Pops have been trying to get you to say Merry Christmas but you just smile and say DaDa. We are not sure why you say this but we just chuckle!

*Your favorite is stacking blocks especially these big ones in the pictures below. You pick them up and say "STACK"! You are so cute I can't believe you will be 2 in February!

God has blessed us so much! You are the easiest, most adorable, sweetest boy in the world! We are so so blessed! Love you! Mommy and Daddy

All about Gray!

Okay so I haven't posted much about my Doctor appointments with Gray but I have had three so far and they have gone great!
My first appointment was at 11 weeks and we had an ultrasound and got to see the doctor. Everything went great including seeing GRAY and how she/he moved around!

We then had a second appointment and got measured and I was measuring one week behind which was the way I was with Griffin. I also got to hear the heartbeat:)

The third visit was another ultrasound at 20 weeks! We got the best picture of little Gray's face! I tried to scan it over at Dee and Pops but couldn't but will try again soon!

As far as when I started to feel Gray it was very early. I was 13 weeks. It was a small few flutters not kicks they came around 17 weeks. John Van and Dee got to feel Gray around week 20. Gray is a mover just like Griffin. Last night she/he woke me up around 12am and didn't stop moving for 2 hours! Amazing!

I have craved anything with Sour cream Baked Potatoes, bean burritos. Buffalo anything strips, wings etc. I have craved claussen pickles and olives. And I have to have French Onion soup when we go to a restaurant! I have had a hefty appetite with this one. This might have something to do with me being so tired and sluggish? Ya think?

I have had more sinus problems this go round and like everyone knew from week 6-14 I had 24 hour nausea! Glad that is subsided. I have my next check up in 2 weeks and will be 24 weeks? It is flying by!

Santa came to see mommy!

Okay- for most of you- you know that all I wanted for Christmas was the Nikon Camera.
I have been talking about this camera for some time now. Well my sweet, adorable, not to mention hot Santa bought it for me! Can you believe it? He even let me open it early too! I have been playing with it since! Here are a few snap shots.




We got to go to the Living Nativity Scene at our chruch! Your Daddy had to work so Dee went with us! You weren't really intrested in the animals you just wanted to walk and play with the grass. Anything outside and you are there!








We will be playing with it all weekend so look for some more pictures to come! All the ones above were in the dark and my last camera would of never of gotten pictures half that good! I am so pleased! Thanks to DeAnn for letting me borrow hers! Jv would of never agreed:)

Christmas Supper Club!

Another Sucessful Supper Club Christmas Party! I love this event! We get all the kids together and It is so fun to see them all! They just run around and play! This event is mainly for the kids as you can see! Santa comes to visit and hands out gifts for all the boys and girls!

Griffin,Griffin and Nana!

Today we took a special trip to see your buddy Griffin! His mommy and I have been friends since the second grade! His birthday was over the weekend and we decided to make a day trip instead of a quick trip to his party! He loved his tractors that you got him and the two of you played well together!
Since your Nana just moved to the same town we decided that she would love to come to the play date too! We had a great visit and you slept really good on the way home!
